FocalPoint Reporting combines the power and flexibility Crystal Reports with easy distribution via an Intranet. Presenting a wide range of standard reports, any Crystal Report can be added into FocalPoint and run from within the web browser. A user can apply common search criteria to any number of reports and run these all at the same time. Reports can incorporate drill down, be saved locally and exported into standard formats such as Excel and PDF for further distribution outside of FocalPoint.

Report distribution is administered securely to ensure that users may only access their allocated reports. The information is as up-to-date as the time the report is run, removing the need to manually refresh and email updates.
