FocalPoint Timesheets
Within a time-recording culture, it is very common that most, if not all employees, need to track their time. FocalPoint Timesheets provides clear and concise time-recording cards so that this process is quick and easy. Time is allocated to the associated Projects which, once authorised, are transferred directly to the Project / Job Costing module within Dimensions.

FocalPoint can be configured to ensure that users can:
:.only book time to their allocated projects
:.do not run over their thresholds for weekly hours
:.receive alerts for missing timesheets
:.track overtime
:.track estimated time to complete
Various authorisation and approval levels can be incorporated to ensure submitted time is correct and valid prior to posting to the Project / Job Costing module. Once in Dimensions, timesheet data can then be used as a source for updating Access Payroll.
