Project Management
Sanders Jones adheres to an abbreviated version of the PRINCE2 methodology (Projects IN a Controlled Environment version 2). This widely accepted methodology is used to deliver IT projects on-time and within budget.
Quick Start Plan
We recognise that for your business to be successful you need to have all of the key business transactions running smoothly and together, preferably stress free! If you are happy with how your key business processes are running, then the QuickStart Plan is the one. It is fast and efficient and recognises the importance of parallel running and on-site support during the all important implementation phase.
Ten Step Plan
When business processes need improvement then the Ten Step Plan is an all encompassing methodology designed to identify these key business processes, document them, and then educate your people. This is followed by Parallel running, to ensure that the systems, the people, and the data are all correct, verifying everything before your go-live.
Data Transfer
For most Sage and Pegasus products SJS has already created the import routines for the complete transfer of live data into the new Access Accounts database. When a standard data transfer routine is not available then bespoke data transfer routines will be created and tested.
Report Writing
Access Accounts as standard has over 300 standard reports many of them with multiple selection options, giving standard report options that number well in excess of 10,000 standard reports. Chances are what you want will already be there but if you do want you personalise your reporting options beyond that then Sanders Jones can provide our clients with a tailored report writing service.
Support
All our clients have access to our telephone and on-site support services which are provided by fully accredited Access support staff.
User Training and Re-Training
Training is a vital part of a successful system implementation. Our Access accredited trainers provide a service specifically tailored to the needs of individual users. We purposely do very little generic or classroom training as that style of training is limited in terms of what it delivers to the learning process. And we don't stop there as we are available when new modules or new functionality is implemented or when new people join your company who need training.
